Our Facilities
The Wind Engineering utilizes the University of Aucklands two wind tunnels, both located in the New Market campus. The Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel (BLWT) was completed in 2015. It is a closed circuit tunnel with a working section of 3.6m x 2.5m. The Twisted Flow Wind Tunnel (TFWT) built in 1996 and is an open jet wind tunnel with a 7m x 3.6m working section. |
